Prior to co-founding Massari & Darling, Danielle was the head of operations for a leading legal recruiting firm. She also served as the recruiter for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher’s Orange County Office and was the President of the Orange County Area Legal Recruitment Association (OCALRA). Danielle is a frequent speaker at legal recruiting and talent conferences and seminars.
